Abstract Series:
The series revolves around a group of cops beginners. Rookie Blue is a youthful drama, sincere, an hour, character-based in the workplace about five rookie cops plunged into the high stakes world of big city policing - a world where slightest mistake can have life or death consequences. The series follows the fresh out of the police academy where they bonded together, fought together, drank together, worked together and slept together. And now they are working together. These are kids with guns, learning firsthand the hardest kind of policing there. They are first responders and they are about to learn that no amount of training prepares you for life.
Episode Summary:
Andy and Nick are called to the scene of a van that caught fire, and discovers that belongs to Father Jean Pierre, priest of the street who has received death threats from the local drug lord. While the priest refuses to accept the assistance of officials, things become more dangerous when Father Jean-Pierre is the target of a drive-by shooting. During his research, Andy and Nick learn some amazing secrets about the history of the priest and the surprising connection he has with one of the crew of the hat. Meanwhile, Gail and Traci choose one of the smaller distributors runners: a girl who refuses to inform, forcing Traci make an important decision about his career; tangles with Chris Swarek already faced by it takes to be a good cop, and Dov new relationship takes a dramatic turn and dangerous.
