Episode Summary:
Leslie talks with his fellow council members to approve a new law extending the hours of the swimming community. When Chris comes up with a new idea for solving the problems of people around the city, Ron is filled with a bump for a local mother. Meanwhile, Ben and April decide to take the road to visit Leslie and Andy.
