St. James's Palace, said today that he would take any action with the Division of complaints from the press, the official media of Britain watchdog group, against a British tabloid on the publication of nude photos of Prince Harry in Las Vegas last month.

The Sun printed the photos after which were published by the TMZ gossip site and just below, available online throughout the world.

"Wouldn't not prudent to follow the issue," said a spokesman for the Palace, according to BBC News.

The Prince is "focused entirely on their deployment in Afghanistan', he said, adding that a complaint"would be a source of distraction."

Richard Palmer of Daily Express wrote that the Duchess has emerged "with" its reputation improved between the Royal press pack.

Speaking with Kelly Lynch newspaper of Duchess of worldly life, Palmer said: "we have seen a new facet of Kate.

"I think that we had suspected this for awhile, but saw evidence much more now that she is the roadway in this relationship," said Palmer.
